About Ezlend
Ezlend is a mortgage and finance brokerage based in Box Hill, Victoria.
We arrange home loans, asset finance and private funding — with a particular focus on self-employed borrowers, business owners and clients whose circumstances don’t fit a standard bank application.
Most of our clients come to us through referral.

How we work
- We work with the lender, not against you.
- We hold accreditations across bank and non-bank lenders, which means the question isn’t whether one bank will approve you — it’s which lender assesses your situation the way it should be assessed.
- We tell you when the answer is no.
- If an application won’t work, or if a different product suits you better, we’ll say so early rather than lodge it and hope.
- You won’t have to chase us.
- We update you weekly while an application is with a lender.
